Customer Service Advisor

  • We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's fantastic team in Westbourne._
  • This is a
    Permanent role working with a leading Healthcare provider, starting ASAP_

What you will be doing

  • General policy administration.
  • Obtain information from the customer
  • Review claims history
  • Recommend renewal terms
  • Issue renewal terms and follow up.

To be successful in this role you'll have

  • Current experience of working in customer service or insurance back ground
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
