Salary:
£65,000- £75,000 + Package

My client is an M + E specialist based in Tottenham who work on a variety of different schemes all within the M25.

They are looking for a
Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.

**Mechanical Project Manager

Overview*
Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver the project
Reporting regularly on progress to the client and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
Attend weekly progress meetings.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with Mechanical and safety codes, and other regulations
Liaise with clients design team, M&E consultants, architects, suppliers and subcontractors
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project
Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
Develop and implement quality control programs
Plan, organise and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
Preparing the final report at the end of a project, mark up 'asbuilts', input into health and safety and operation and maintenance documentation
Experience with Net Zero compliant heating technology

Job requirements**:
Mechanically qualified
Minimum 3 years Project Management experience
Commercially astute, be able to anticipate issues that may affect cost and address them proactively
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
