About the role
We are currently trying to recruit for a Cover Manager for a boarding school based in Welwyn Garden City.


As the Cover Manager, you will be responsible for the teaching-related running of the school, as part of a dynamic school management team.


Your duties as a Cover Manager can include:

  • Reliable, highly motivated and selfdriven.
  • Experienced with excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching & learning
  • Keen on attention to detail, has high standards and takes pride in their work.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.

The ideal applicant will have:


  • Sound experience of staff management and budgetary responsibilities.
  • Experience in providing cover for absence
  • Excellent working knowledge of ICT systems.
