'GILLHK' is an online retail business which sells variety of products from household to garden furniture, selling on our website, Amazon, eBay, and other online markets, including retail.


Responsibilities:


  • Establishing and managing product listing on all marketplaces.
  • Printing shipping label daily.
  • Handling customer enquiries.
  • Manage with customer complaints and returns requests effectively.
  • Liaising with courier company.
  • Take photos and basic editing of products.
Skills & Experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and keep calm under pressure.


  • Great IT skills

  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Social Media marketing.
  • Experience in creating and updating online products listing description, keywords.
  • Product photography and editing experience.
  • Selfmotivation and proven ability to work on own initiative.
