Role Overview


We are currently recruiting for a Security Officers to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client's site in Lichfield, Tamworth, Kingsbury.

**Your primary responsibilities will include: - To provide an efficient and effective Security Service for Atalian Servest customers, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained.

  • Ensure the effective monitoring of visitors and employees onsite and assist to maintain high levels of security on sites.
  • Patrolling client sites ensuring full external and internal patrols have taken place onsite and a report created using systems
  • Trackforce.
  • Keeping a written record log of Staff, Visitors and vehicles coming onto the site.
  • Provide Hi-Viz Presence around client sites.
  • Assist with the daytoday operations.
  • Work in partnership with the client security team.

About You:


  • SIA Door Supervisor License is essential.
  • Full UK clean driving license and access to own transport essentials.
  • Experience working within a corporate retail security environment is desirable.
  • High levels of professional Integrity.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Teamwork.
  • Selfmanagement
  • Thinking skills (problemsolving and decisionmaking)
  • Previous experience with twoway radios & telephone equipment essential.
  • Basic IT and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
  • Dealing with members of the public and working within a customerfocused environment is essential.
  • First aid training is desirable.
