The role
To provide a valuable service that our customers can trust at Plaza 1821 and the PRS Portfolio. Responsible for ensuring all maintenance services carried out are completed to an exceptionally high standard.


The right fit

  • Experience of working in a similar role, with a handyman or caretaking background
  • Ability to complete void works such as, painting, repairs, upkeep, as well as general works including, furniture assembly, property maintenance
  • A lateral and innovative thinker, a problemsolver
  • Selfdisciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to embody the Groups values
