Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Healthcare?

Do you want to play a key admin role within Community Nursing Team to provide care & support to our housebound patients within Nottingham City?

We are looking for a full and part time Band 3 Call Handler to work in the Community Nursing Triage Hub, based at Dragon Court Bilborough.

The post holder will need to be available Monday-Sunday over a varied shift pattern.

The Community Nursing Triage hub receives calls from patients currently under the care of our Community Nursing Service, Health professionals & queries for patient care.

The Service ensures patients get the right care from the right person at the right time in the right place

You will work closely with the Care Navigation service, Nottingham Health & Care Point & our multidisciplinary teams within the PCNs

Operational hours Monday to Sunday 365 days a year with varying shifts patterns to meet the demands of the service
