£45,000 to £50,000 (PAYE, on target earnings, including paid overtime) + lodge (where applicable)

Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, on long term work in Suffolk, to operate the following plant:

We are looking for a full range of earthmoving operators with experience operating the following plant:

CPCS Agricultural Tractor
The appropriate competency card, CPCS is preferred but other industry cards will be considered.
Able to follow instructions or, in the case of supervisors, give instructions.
Have a positive attitude towards safety.
Able to communicate well at all levels.
Have a flexible approach to work.
Be a strong team player.
Have excellent keeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Rates of pay and conditions are as the Working Rule Agreement/CIJC with bonusses commensurate to the scale of the Project.
