Pro-Fit Windows & Doors Installation Ltd are looking for Project Coordinators to join on either our team.

The role

Project Coordinators will be responsible for multiple projects throughout its entire life cycle, from conception right through to completion. Performing varies tasks including system designs with an understanding of installation specifications, scheduling installations.

No 2 days will be the same, and you will be required to react and adapt quickly to the fun, fast paced environment.


  • Be responsible for the smooth running of multiple Construction projects, including arranging survey appointments and schedules, preparing/obtaining quotes from supplies, ordering stock, checking delivery paperwork and planning and booking fitting schedules for the installation teams.
  • Manage all administrative tasks associated with the installations. Which can include collating evidence and submitting for relevant certification, updating Excel spreadsheets and our bespoke database and other general admin duties.
  • Work alongside the key stakeholders to align budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes within the projects requirements.
  • Act as the key interface between Finance and the wider business to ensure accuracy of reporting and early disclosure of any issues (positive or negative) and to hold/report confidently at weekly meetings.
  • Be a key driver of internal and external communication between Pro-Fit and its Clients. Building and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers/clients.

  • Have the ability to learn, train and understand technical information, installation specifications and associated legislation.
  • Strong experience in Project coordination/management.
  • Strong communicator with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professionalism and competence.
  • Outgoing with an approachable personality.
  • Motivated, driven and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Be able to prioritise demands with a flexible, 'can do' approach.
  • Be able to adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities within the office.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and present information.
  • Have excellent IT skills, specifically word and excel.
