CW Fletcher & Sons Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated individual who can work as an integral part of our multi-skilled workforce.
The successful applicant will carry out all inspection of parts, both manual and CMM to the requirements of the Company and the Company's customer/s controlling specifications and drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out Inspection of all parts to the Company and the Company's customer/s drawing specification.
- Carry out CMM inspection of all parts to the Company and the Company's customer/s drawing specifications.
- Carry out inspection of goods inward products to the Company and the Company's customer/s drawing specification.
- Be able to carry out calibration of the Company's equipment to the Company and the Company's customer/s drawing specification.
- Carry out manual and CMM first off inspection.
- Oversee on the job training of Trainee Quality Inspectors, as and when requested by the Production Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager.
- Be able to organise, document and report results for dimensional inspection to be used in FAIR and PPAP documentation.
- Generate QCN for nonconforming products with precise information to enable clear understanding of the non
- Participate in the 8d process and improvement events.
- Assist in the day to day Quality requirements of the Company, under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager and Production Supervisor.
- Ensure quality standards are met for customers by following customer specifications and reporting nonconformances to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Ensure all actions, are linked to the drive for continuous improvement and the striving for zero defects.
- To carry out additional tasks under the guidance and direction of the Quality Assurance Manager and/ or the Production Supervisor, where required.
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
- Previous Quality/Inspection experience.
- Essential
- Proficient in English writing and verbal skills
- Essential
- Knowledge of using CMM
- Essential
- Experience in CMM Programming
- Desirable
- Calibration experience
- Desirable
- Previous experience in an engineering industry
- Desirable
- Previous experience in an Aerospace industry
- Desirable
