We are embarking on one of the biggest transformation programmes our Trust has ever seen.Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) will enhance the work of nearly everyone in the Trust, and also the experience of anyone who access our services receives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced people business partner to operate as a people expert within our Alex Health implementation team, being responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management.
This role is fundamental as it is key to the transformational-change required to achieve the benefits of our organisation's digital transformation.
Working closely with the Alex Health senior management team and other key managers and individuals, you will lead on all aspects associated with the forward planning, modernisation, engagement, motivation and performance of our people.
The role is critical in supporting the delivery of the Trust's digital strategy and the strategic priorities in PAHT2030, a new EHR is also critical to our readiness for our new hospital.
You'll be working across the organisational boundaries, influencing decisions where appropriate, negotiating areas of improvement, seeking agreement and co-operation; but always managing user expectations to ensure that they are aligned to the available resources.
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop's Stortford, and St Margaret's Hospital in Epping.
