Administrator
My client is a highly ranked, national law firm with multiple offices across England. They are currently looking to hire an Administrator to support their legal teams. This role has arisen due internal promotions.

This role would be an ideal entry level job for somebody looking to start their career in an office environment.


The firm advises businesses across all commercial areas of law and has over 80 partners with c500 members of staff in total.

This is an award-winning firm, not just for the work it does but also for the care of its staff.


You will be part of the team that supports the lawyers, completing a wide range of Administration tasks to ensure the fee earners can concentrate on clients' needs.

To qualify, you will need to be an experienced, quality and customer focused administrator working within a busy environment.


Essential skills/experience

  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner

Preferred skills/experience

  • Reprographics experience
  • Compiling electronic bundles of documents.

The role (training will be provided)
This is a busy Administrator role where you would be supporting teams of lawyers

  • Downloading and uploading to data sites and all forms of electronic filing including using DMS or Filesite as well as splitting and merging documents.
  • Processing incoming post through scanning, naming, sending on to the recipient and filing electronically and manually
  • Compiling electronic bundles for court and experts
  • Conflict searching and Matter Opening
  • File closing and archiving
  • Reception cover


On joining the team, you would undertake a variety of work within the Admin team, working within a friendly helpful, fast paced team completing work using our DMS and Collaborate systems as well as processing the post received daily.
