Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a full-time Motor Vehicles Tutor (37 hours per week) to work at a prestigious College in Hull, starting immediately and lasting until the end of the academic year.

Salary:


  • The salary range for this position is between £23,000 £30,000 per year
As a Motor Vehicles Tutor in a post-16 setting, your primary duties will include:
Delivering engaging and informative lessons on motor vehicle theory and practical skills to students.

Planning and preparing teaching materials, resources, and assessments to meet curriculum requirements.

Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.

Providing guidance and support to students, promoting a positive learning environment.

Monitoring and tracking individual student performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective intervention strategies.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant teaching qualification or experience in delivering motor vehicle courses.
  • A level 3 or above in a relevant qualification
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of motor vehicle theory, mechanics, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students effectively.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
