We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Anglia HR team as a HR Administrator that will be responsible for supporting our line managers, focussing on maintaining a first class railway, enabling us to improve passenger journeys.
You'll also support the systems and processes that are key to the successful delivery of the Anglia people plan; #thinkpeople.

If you are passionate about providing proactive, professional HR administration support to HR Business Partner teams to enable the delivery of value add HR support, then this may be the opportunity for you.
About the role (External):
You'll be involved in activities such as:
- Provide HR Administration support to the supported HR Business Partner team to support the delivery of the people and HR plans.
- Support HR Business Partner teams in administration relating to: Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, maintaining appropriate data within the associated process.
- Provide administrative for Organisation Change programmes including note taking and coordination of consultation meetings and documentation production.
- Maintain and track associated project measures within the agreed format.
- Support with ad hoc administrative activity relating to operational and value added HR activity.
- Coordination and note taking/recording of key actions for Area/Local council meetings as required.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong customer service approach
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Resilient, adaptable, proactive and flexible
- IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience of event coordination
- Experience of providing professional HR Administration support within a complex and fast moving environment
- Approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of inquires
Whilst it's not essential, we'd love it if you have a certificate in Personnel Practice.
