My client based in Aztec West, Bristol (BS32) are recruiting for an Assistant Office Manager to join their team.
The role is to start asap. The hours are full time, Monday-Friday.

You will be a key member of the Senior Administrative team working closely with the Office Manager


Key duties:

Ensuring the office is compliant and suitable for staff.

Liaise with suppliers, SSF, internal support functions, local office & other staff as required.

Responsibility for the control of all staff data relating to admin processes, including distribution lists & bios.

Management of Corporate Credit Card for office purchases.

Assist FM with any local issues relating to the office.


Monitor admin workloads across the team to ensure even distribution of work and resources are effectively deployed to meet business priorities.

Undertake recruitment and training administrative staff as & when required.

Ensure competent Fire Wardens & First Aiders are nominated/trained for ADS&T on both floorplates.

Support with Welcome Day for new starters.

Manage corporate card purchases and marketing invoice processing.


Support event management from planning to delivery; this includes large scale exhibitions, small events and internal events, such as internal staff briefings.

Support includes venue research, event logistics and hotel bookings.

Managing marketing material e.g., ordering and managing our supply of merchandise, event stock and arranging printing.

Divisional communications support including mailbox and distribution list management.


Skills and Experience required:

Excellent team player, able to use own initiative and work unsupervised.

Experienced user of MS Office, Teams & SharePoint desirable.

Strong verbal/written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Office Management experience would be desirable.
