We are recruiting for a Machine Operator role in the Mouldings department of a successful international company near Mere in Wiltshire.

What you will do.

This role is great for someone who likes to be kept busy.

You'll be preparing your machine for each production run, loading materials and quality checking the finished products ready for the packing team.

You'll be trained to set your equipment based on blueprints or design direction. You should maintain high standards of quality and health and safety and be able to complete the necessary paperwork.

Skills and experience.


Previous experience as a machine operator is a bonus but enthusiasm to learn and an excellent eye for detail will go a long way.

Hours and extras.


You'll be working alternate weekly shifts - 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm with an early finish on Fridays.

There is a generous shift attendance bonus each week. Hourly rate increases to £10.70 per hour after 3 months.
