Description
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem resolution, and exceeding expectations.You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Provide product information and assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of any problems
- Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

From £25,363.60 per year
