As the Head of Youth Work and Programmes, you'll play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership for all our youth work initiatives.
Your attention to detail and knack for building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key as you drive our programmes forward.
What we're looking for:
Strong strategic planning and target-setting skills
Ability to work systematically while effectively delegating tasks
Experience in utilising data and insights for impact reports and funding bids
A passionate advocate for young people and the wider sector
Pay:
£36,604.73-£39,998.97 per year
