Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to work for a very well established company based in Redhill, Surrey.
The Financial Accountant will be providing financial management, business planning and budgetary support to the FinancialController.Salary:
up to £55K
Location:
Redhill - 4 days office based - 1 day working from home
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Financial Accountant duties:
- Month end performance
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Providing quality, value added commentary and financial analysis
- Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow for the various entities
- Review VAT returns
- Budgeting and forecasting process
- People management
- Management of a Finance Assistant
- Involved in all accounting and Year-End audit
- Review and approve Bank reconciliations and Balance Sheet accounts
Skills and experience required:
- Proven Accounting
- Financial Accountant experience, working in a similar role
- Newly qualified accountant
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- People management
