An opportunity to join an industry leading insurance specialist during a pivotal time in their company wide transformation.

They are going through their biggest transition so far as they migrate from their existing server to a cloud based technology.

They need a Change Manager to be responsible for the company wide business adjustments.

It is essential that this Change Manager understands the impact of this change across the business and is able to work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise the adoption of the new technology.


About the role:

  • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate with department heads across the organisation to coordinate change initiatives.
  • Be responsible for identifying and managing business change deliverables.
  • Analyse and understand the impact of change initiatives on the organisation.
  • Define the project roadmap, outlining the steps and milestones needed to successfully implement changes.
  • Design training programs to ensure that employees are prepared for and able to adapt to changes.
  • Understand existing processes and how they will be affected by change initiatives.
  • Perform risk analysis to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • May be required to travel occasionally to support the implementation of change initiatives.

Experience:


  • Previous experience managing similar business change projects
  • A comprehensive understanding of Change Management and how it affects individuals and the business as a whole
  • Understanding of Change Management principles, processes and methodologies
  • Experience providing detailed status reports to management teams
  • Empathy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience delivering change within insurance or financial services is favourable
