Main Duties of the role

To support the Membership and Professional Standards Department to

Collect and process membership renewals, election subscriptions and associated fees
Respond to subscriptions and membership enquiries
Ensure data integrity of CRM, maintaining membership and registration records
Support recruitment, engagement and retention activities

Person Specification

Experience of working in a membership/customer focused environment, dealing with enquiries with tact and diplomacy.
Experience of data entry and database management.
Experience of collection of fees and associated correspondence/interactions
