ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Assist with prearrival arrangements, including but not limited to nearby hotel accommodations, parking garages, and directions.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
  • Act as a point of reference for members who need assistance throughout the studio while attending to their needs.
  • Pull reports of members celebrating milestones and special occasions
  • Partner with Member Experience, Guest Services and Studio Operations to create member surprise and delights.
  • Provide tours for new members & VIPs, as well as scheduled tours instudio.
  • Become proficient in all systems, including but not limited to Gsuite, Slack, Looker, Zingfit, Zendesk, Event Management Systems and website studio bot
  • Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any memberorganized meetups at Peloton Studios.
  • Think creatively about ways to enhance the Peloton experience for our members every day instudio; solve problems, share ideas and implement.
  • Assist guests and members with locker set up and amenities when requested
  • Ensure prompt assistance in the locker rooms and throughout the studio
  • Greet, assist, accommodate and guide all members and visitors with a courteous and joyful nature.
  • Monitor locker room traffic and capacity

This role will require you to speak fluent English and German

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • German language skills a must
  • Strong experience in customer service/hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
  • Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills
  • Must have outstanding customer service and problemsolving skills
  • Must have a positive, cando attitude
  • Event experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning (5AM) and late evening (10PM), adapting to meet the needs of the business. Peloton Studios London requires at minimum 3 days of availability for part time employees, including Saturday and/or Sunday.
