Senior e-Commerce Analyst | Bournemouth/Hybrid | Salary up to £50k, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Flexible start/finish times
Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnered with a well known omni-channel retailer, on the appointment of a Senior e-Commerce Analyst.

The position of Senior eCommerce Analyst is designed to deliver clear, commercial and actionable insights to the eCommerceteam, to ultimately drive an improved experience for the customer, higher conversion and increased sales.


In the position of Senior eCommerce Analyst, your day to day responsibilities will include the following:
*Create and deliver real time reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
*Translate data into actionable insights and insightful trends/exceptions
*Identify issues and opportunities with the user journey, tracking impact of changes and sharing findings with the product management team
*Deliver a deep dive analysis across categories, acquisition channels and product
*Ownership of data integrity and accuracy
*Support eCommerce business change through the subsequent tracking and reporting of impact of change
*Support business forecasting by ensuring end to end channel performance is accurate with the right context
*Work closely with the Digital Experience team across the key areas of optimisation, personalisation and merchandising
*Create a data driven culture, whereby colleagues are encouraged to ask for and utilise data and reports


About you:

*Proven in eCommerce retail, as an analyst, for a minimum of two years

*Confident in Google Analytics, Data Studio and tag management

*A data geek You will love reports and be an expert with excel

*Tenacity in discovering root causes

*Highly commercial, practical business mind set and great at joining up data to share with the wider team in an easy to understand way

*Track record in supporting an eCommerce function across optimisation, personalisation and merchandising
