Description

A new position has become available in a luxury boutique providing outstanding customer service and products to a range of high calibre clients.

Working as a Sales Advisor you will be an ambassador for the company, delivering expert knowledge and service while working towards targets.

Based in the world-renowned Bicester Village, this role will consist of 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday and require an individual dedicated to this sector.

Initial training will be provided at the Head Office in Kent.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

Meet and greet all guests visiting the boutique.
Support clients in locating their next investment on a 1:1 basis.
Complete general administration work on the computer system.
Provide a wealth of knowledge into available products, with exceptional customer service.
Work to meet company and individual sales targets.
Maintain strict security procedures and policies.
Use varied clienteling skills to support the closure of sales and repeat custom.

Personal Attributes:

Have strong customer service experience having worked in a similar luxury environment.
Be computer literate and able to adapt to various online software.
Demonstrate a drive and passion for luxury items.
Use initiative to problem solve.
Work well within a team.
Hold excellent communication, organisation skills.
Show adaptability and flexibility.

Experience working with jewellery or accessories would be advantageous for this role but is not required.
