Commercial Colleague Engagement Exec:

The Commercial Colleague Engagement Exec supports the development and delivery of our Commercial Colleagues learning, engagement, and communication plans.

Confident in communicating, you'll support the Commercial Colleague Engagement Manager to implement and embed aspects of the learning, engagement and communication plans.

You'll work in collaboration with the Global Learning Academy and People Business Partner, ensuring our Commercial teams continue to be highly skilled and motivated to deliver.

The role is key to fostering this by:

  • Supporting our recruitment and onboarding strategies to keep resourcing levels at an optimum.
  • Working alongside the Commercial Colleague Engagement Manager in the development and implementation of defined career pathways to support retention and engagement of colleagues.
  • Embedding the behaviours and values to enable a great working environment and build a culture of trust, empowerment, and inclusivity.

About you:


  • Experience of driving engagement and development initiatives.
  • Proactive and able to think creatively.
  • Comfortable in communicating to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness of key people processes including colleague engagement, recruitment, learning and development is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in time management and meeting deadlines.
