Financial Planning & Reporting Manager, ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified, 5 months FTC, West London/Hybrid, c£70,000 per annum


We are working closely with a highly reputable and well-established Charity who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head / Manager Financial Planning & Reporting to join their head office team and support a number of departments across the organisationover the next 5 months.


As Head / Manager Financial Planning & Reporting, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and incisive reporting, you will work closely with a number of departments within the business, to help them to improve the financial and managementaccounts.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Appropriate experience of management accounting, financial accounting, balance sheet control
  • Completion of FY24 budget process including the consolidation of budgets and the preparation of clear, accessible schedules / presentation required for the various meetings and committees.
  • Monthly reporting (ie Finance report) and management of the month end process, supporting the Associate Director in developing and embedding developing a tight, well controlled and efficient month end process
  • Ownership of the monthly forecast process and collation of review schedules, proactively driving Improvements in forecasting process
  • You will be an experienced Head / Manager Financial Planning & Reporting within a large group of stakeholders is essential You will have previously worked within the charity sector, to be considered for this opportunity.


You must be confident in your approach and you will be ready to challenge performance and existing ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will need to be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified Accountant and a confident communicator with strongpresentation skills.

Sun Accounts knowledge would be an advantage. Advanced Excel is a must.

This position is based in London and offers hybrid working and there could be some travel to Bristol. Minimum 2 days office based.
