Ross & Liddell Lettings has created an opportunity for new team member a trainee Lettings Negotiator position to join our busy lettings team.
The Job role involves:
- Helping our clients', landlords and tenants with all aspects of their needs.
- Marketing properties and coordinating viewings.
- Tenant referencing
- Producing tenancy agreements
- Liaising with and organising Contractors
- Updating Landlords
- Invoicing
- Arranging safety checks & inventories
- All connected office work call handling and general admin
