Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for a CNC Setter/Operative to join our established team in the manufacturing of bespoke fasteners and precision components.

Is this right for you?

As CNC Setter/Operator you will be responsible for:

Setting and operating of Citizen Sliding Head lathes.
Setting and operating of Miyano Fixed Head lathes using the fanuc system.
Programming new jobs from existing program templates.
Changing of tips, tools, drills and inserts.
Measuring parts to engineering drawings using tools such as Venier Calipers, micrometers, ring gauges and shadowgraphs.
Following the production job card system.
Working with other departments to facilitate production.
