Customer Service Advisor - 6 month contract


Do you have customer service experience? Is putting your customers' needs at the heart of everything that you do? Are you looking for a new and exciting role? If so, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.


As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

  • Empathetic and understanding; recognising when customers may need a little more time spent explaining the products or process.
  • Great at communication, both verbally and written.
  • Customer focused and driven.
  • Comfortable with managing multiple case files.
To give you an idea of how this Customer Service Advisor role would look, below are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Have full ownership of your customers product journey.
  • Create, record, and update all customer data promptly ensuring it remains accurate and compliant.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with sales and administrative staff within the wider business, external providers and ceding schemes.
  • Identify any potential areas of risk and work with management and the team to understand how these can be appropriately mitigated.


Previous customer service experience is required for this role, however our client want people to have a passion for learning and delivering success and so offer continual training and development opportunities to give you the experience needed to succeed.

  • You take ownership and will be keen to find solutions for our customers.
  • You are a team player who can effectively as both part of a team and off your own initiative.
  • You can communicate clearly in written as well as spoken English.

  • You enjoy working learning multitasking and can effectively adapt to learn new systems.
