Description
Band - Patient Pathway Administrator

Specialist Surgery

Full time hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Administrator within Specialist Surgery within the NOTSSCaN Division.

The post holder will need to have strong administrative skills that underpin the patient journey, supporting clinical teams in delivering high quality patient care and making a real difference to the patient experience.

You will be expected to liaise with staff and colleagues at all levels.

You will need to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in your approach and be able to work in a pressurised and busy environment.

The Trust comprises four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury.

Our values, standards and behaviours define the quality of clinical care we offer and the professional relationships we make with our patients, colleagues and the wider community.

We call this Delivering Compassionate Excellence and its focus is on our values of compassion, respect, learning, delivery, improvement and excellence.

These values put patients at the heart of what we do and underpin the quality healthcare we would like for ourselves or a member of our family.

Watch how we set out to deliver compassionate excellence via the OUH YouTube channel.

Knowledge of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) and knowledge of elective access standards would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

This position requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.

If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to join our team then we would encourage you to apply.

Previous applicants need not apply.
