We are retained by our client, who is a well-established business that designs supplies and installs bespoke solutions for the housebuilder, property, and events sectors.

The role is available due to a fantastic trading year and multiple large new businesswins.

The long-term existing Key Account Management team is up to capacity

You will have a fair and realistic sales growth target and you will be supported by great sales leadership and an internal team to ensure you succeed.

As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Key clients across London /South East
• Responsible for building, maintaining, and developing relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
• Lead commercial negotiations and maximise opportunities with all customers
• Collaborating with developers, creative agencies, corporate clients, and more
• Conduct regular account reviews and proactive account plans at senior level both face to face and virtually

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

• Proven track record of experience managing 2-way relationships across all levels with various clients
• Experience building and maintaining your own pipeline to achieve required targets
• A high level of business and commercial awareness and a drive to deliver excellent customer service

- £45-50k Basic
- £60-65kOTE on top Paid quarterly, (90% = £1000, 95% = £2000, 100% = 10% of salary Paid for the year)
