Senior Digital Officer - Delivery:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Officer to join our multi award winning Team in London's most exciting borough.

You will be responsible for creating content for one of the council's biggest directorates.

Whether it is forms, processes, workflow, consultations, or managing customer accounts, your work and that of your team will play a key role in how we engage with our residents to make Tower Hamlets a better place together.

To do that you will need to understand our audiences, develop our digital offering, and plan and evaluate content.

You will also support, develop, and inspire those around you, so you should already have experience of working in a busy team.

You will be joining one of the best public sector teams in the country. Over the past few years, we have won national awards for campaigns, social media, ethics, and crisis management.

But we want to achieve much more.

The role is for a high calibre public sector digital specialist with

Experience in process and form creation
Analytics and reporting experience
An excellent eye for detail
Strong relationship management skills
Experience working in a local authority or government organisation is preferable
