This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced marketing role, where you'll have exposure to the full marketing mix - across digital and traditional channels.

• Measure and report on campaign performance and all other major performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, clickthrough rate, website traffic, etc). Adapting strategy based on success or otherwise.
• Work with all external agencies across digital and social media marketing.
• Manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate highquality leads. Optimise PPC campaign performance and make recommendations to increase conversions while reducing CPC ability to efficiently scale paid media campaigns.
• Provide support to the wider business through creation of sales collateral, marketing presentations and project management of campaigns and events.
• Social media monitoring and management of advertising for Facebook/Instagram channels to include responding to and handling customer queries in a timely manner.

• At least 12 months experience in a fastpaced B2C ecommerce or digital marketing role, focused on PPC and social media advertising.
• Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics, Google tag manager, etc).
• Experience of social media advertising to include a demonstrable working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager suite.
• Possess a second level qualification and/or degree in marketing or related discipline.
• A confident communicator willing to put forward solutions and opinion.
• Strong IT & written skills with exceptional attention to detail, working with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability and motivation to work independently/remotely when necessary.

• Full time position with core hours of Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm.
• Flexibility to work remotely but must work from head office in Hereford 23 days a week.
