Hayes

We are currently recruiting for a service administrator to join a company based in Hayes. They would really love somebody who has an interest or experience in the motor industry to join them.


This role would be working closely with external customers and internal team and suppliers to coordinate a faultless service for customers.

If you have experience in a car dealership, mechanics, car sales environment you could be great

Duties for the service administrator role include:

  • Arranging and scheduling bookings
  • Ordering parts and equipment
  • Sending out reminders to clients
  • Speaking to suppliers
  • Liaising with engineers
