Martin & Co are one of the leading estate and letting agents in Newark and Grantham. This is a great opportunity to join our Award-Winning Newark branch as a Lettings and Sales Negotiator.

The successful applicant will be working in a busy role in a fast-paced environment which offers great earning potential and variety.

The main purpose of the role is to support the lettings and sales team dealing with enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating with clients, and producing marketing material.

You will receive:

Hold a full clean UK driving licence, and preferably have access to your own car.

The full-time post will start in September 2023. Salary £22,000 - £24,000 per annum plus commission.
