Customer Service Representative - Permanent
Location:
Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Your Mission:
- Account management role underpinned with strong customer serviceled values
- Be the primary point of contact and build longterm relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daytoday basis
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to continually improve service, as well as maintain high customer satisfaction
- Regularly update personal knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, attending in person and virtual training and embracing available learning platforms
- Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our products
- Processing customer orders
- Add customer value by demonstrating our company principles
- Work in conjunction with key internal departments such as our sales team, supply chain and product managers on a daily basis, to achieve customer sales and service goals
- Undertaking courageous conversations and managing customer expectations
Qualifications:
What we expect from you - Your Expertise:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a customer account management role, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously
- Personal drive
- Creativity and innovation
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills and good attention to detail
