Here at Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff, we are currently searching for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work closely with children in schools in and around RCT.

You will be supporting the students on a 1-1 basis, as well as supporting the teacher withthe class. If you feel as though you need that extra bit of support, no need to worry.

We offer many certified CPD courses as well as our in-house TA School to ensure you are confident to enter the classroom.

In this role, you are required to:

  • work 1-1 with children, ensuring they reach maximum potential
- creating learning resources
- checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
- prepare the classroom before lessons


The schools across RCT pride themselves all pupils are reaching maximum potential, creating an interactive and inclusive environment for staff and students.

It has amazing transport links with a bus stop just around the corner.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must have the following:

  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, EWC, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history wherever possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Attend our TA School (if applicable)
