Job Title:
Senior Line HR Generalist
Location:
Stamford, England
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Rate:
Inside IR35
You will be a natural people person, looking to empathize and build relationships across all levels of the site and wider organization.
You will thrive in change environment, supporting groups and individuals to embrace different approaches and ways of working whilst instilling continuity of a great working culture.
3 must haves for the role:
- Union experience + dealing with negotiations**
- strong generalist HR skills
- previous experience in a HR business partner or senior line HR generalist role
You will have:
-
Achieved Level 5 CIPD, or have the depth of experience to this level, achieved either as a HR Advisor, Business Partner or Manager - with strong partnering skills.
- Experience working on a range of change projects, ideally with Wellbeing an area that you will be able to champion as it will be a key focus for the Stamford site.
- You will be highly adaptable, whether that is to new live situations, or through different ways of working, including technology and systems.
- Be experienced working within a unionised environment
- A naturally collaborative style, looking to engage and communicate openly with colleagues across the organisation.
Education:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
Experience:
Significant relevant work experience required.

Salary:
£25.00-£27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
