Description
A brand-new opportunity has become available with Lee Marley Brickwork, the UK's leading brickwork subcontractor. We are seeking a Site Administrator/Document Controller to liaise with staff on site, in Head Office and with suppliers.

This role will ensure smooth collection/delivery of consumable and hired materials (plant/tools), place orders, raise PO's and file Health & Safety returns, delivery tickets and personal information.

This opportunity is a Full Time Role with negotiable office hours and salary.

This role will involve a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Set up and manage project document control systems
  • Update and maintain drawing register
  • Distribute files and record all drawing revisions
  • Set up project folders and facilitate the project communication process
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute
  • Manage the request for information documents
  • Complete HR reports for attendance, sickness and holiday records when required.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Good IT Skills, particularly MS-Office Suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the construction industry is preferred
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
