Receptionist Job Spec for Sheridan France


A luxury, high end aesthetic clinic in the heart of London with an excellent reputation is now looking for a Clinic Receptionist.


This is a clinic led by experienced aesthetics nurse practitioner Sheridan France who has been practising for more than 20 years.

The clinic offers a wide range of aesthetics injectable procedures, device-led skin rejuvenation and anti ageing skin care and treatments.


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive an excellent standard of customer service, and that every patient journey is a positive experience from start to finish.

The position will entail meeting and greeting the patients, booking treatments, taking payments, administration, and diary management. The position will also help the team with the general running of the clinic and product orders.


Skills and experience required


We are looking for someone who is friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with patients, and is organised and efficient when managing their workload.

You must be committed to providing excellent customer service, understanding the importance of discretion, and have a positive attitude
