KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Booking of Vehicle servicing, repairs, & MOT's
Refrigerant logging/Tracking
Assisting with the work planner
Booking hotels/accommodation
Issuing of quotes to customers
General admin tasks/filing
Liasing with customers regarding booking site visits
Admin support to Directors'
Deliveries
Answering the telephone
Processing PO's & Supplier Invoices
Updating Customer Maintenance Records
Processing Job Sheets
Assisting with PPE & Stationary Stock Levels
