Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Being knowledgeable of the business', to identify and analyse areas for improvement
  • Manage PACS Administration and Support Workflows
  • Manage and implement integrations with third parties as required
  • Strong organisational skills for managing teams and monitoring customer group matters

Key Responsibilities

  • About You:
  • Experience working in a radiology business in either the private or public sector
  • PACS Administration knowledge
  • Skilled in customer relationship management, project management, and/or quality control
  • Experience and understanding of the interaction in workflow between RIS, PACS and HL
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exemplary support to endusers at all levels of the business.


This role is well suited to a good problem solver, which has the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business, with a passion for helping people through great customer service, and who is looking for an organisation where they can grow their skills to further their career.
