Description

To assist the Access to Health Officer by date stamping all requests received by post and completing the front sheet before passing to the Officer for checking before inputting on the portal.

Updating Portal following an action on each SAR

Completing and date stamping private insurance forms and pass to Officer for signature.


To take phone calls and assist colleagues and members of the public with their enquiries regarding matters relating to Access to Health.


Checking documents to ensure only data relating to the patient whose notes have been requested is released to the requester.

Collect and deliver the post to the post room daily.

Check portal daily ensuring all requests have been allocated in a timely manner
