Corporate Finance Senior (Recently Qualified)

Are you a recently qualified accountant looking for a new direction away from Audit? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills outside of core audit and accounts? I'm working with an ambitious firm with a growing presence in the Corporate Finance market looking for a recently qualified individual who is equally ambitious, and would be interested in a client-facing role in Corporate finance and Restructuring.

Top three things to know about this role:

No Corporate Finance experience required
Small team with a varied and interesting role

The Role:

Due diligence and financial modelling
Reviewing accounts for a wide range of clients including groups with significant turnovers
Reviewing management accounts from a variety of Accounting software packages

Special projects

Corporate Finance & Restructuring, Advising on;
Tax implications of restructuring and refinancing projects
Debt funding
Restructuring
Fund raising
Adhoc accounting and advisory work
Regularly interacting with and advising clients on a range of matters

The Person

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA preferably)
Strong numerate, written and communication skills
High levels of commitment, enthusiasm and initiative
Strong organisational skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability and confidence to deal with clients
Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative
Ability to work as a team player
Good commercial approach to problem solving
Preferably in possession of a full driving license.
