WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Key skills and experience:


  • Previous Front Office, Groups, Reservations, Events, highend Restaurant and/or Sales experience desirable.
  • Understanding of hotel and food & beverage operations and ability to build strong relationships across different departments.
  • Excellent English both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional telephone and customer care skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS and/or Sales & Catering), MARSHA and/or Open Table is desirable.
  • Multiple languages are an advantage.
