Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced credit controller to join a busy accounts team on a full-time basis for our client based in Birkenhead.


Duties of the Credit Controller role will include;

  • Managing a ledger with many live accounts
  • Dealing with invoice queries, chasing overdue invoices
  • Processing/Updating cash received via direct debit, cheque and credit card
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Assist the accounts department when needed

Required Skills;

  • Excellent experience in credit control
  • Excellent knowledge of computerised financial system
  • Sage Line 50. Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge/Experience of the bank direct debit scheme
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Exemplary attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a standalone role
