M2 Education are working with a Primary School in the Lancaster area

The school require 2 Teaching Assistants for September 2023


Position - Full time role working TA working within a KS1 classroom, the role will be working under the direction of the class teacher undertaking various tasks to help with the children's progress including phonics, listening to children's reading and monitoring progress alongside supporting pupils who have additional needs.

Position - General Teaching Assistant to join the Year 2 team. The role is part-time, for 1 term (until December) with the possibility of extending.

You will be required to work on Thursdays and Fridays, offering essential support to both the teacher and the students.


  • A Minimum of a Level 3 qualification within support and learning
  • Some SEND experience (if possible)
  • Proactive personality with bundles of enthusiasm
  • A calm, caring, nurturing personality and the ability to build a positive rapport with pupils and colleagues
