Description

As the Head of Advertising Operations, you will need a proven track record in driving multi-channel digital advertising, for developing marketing strategies and initiatives, creating marketing briefs for all key strategies, and ensuring that they are correctly communicated.


The role will require working closely with the sales team, commercial operations, marketing and product and tech to ensure all advertising campaigns are in alignment with the company's goals, objectives and core brand.


The team you will be managing are responsible for all digital marketing for Zoopla's clients - New Home Developers, Corporates, Nationals and any other third party company that would benefit from using Zoopla's data for their digital marketing.

They are pivotal to the business as they bring in direct revenue.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Advertising Operations teams
  • Setting, monitoring and reporting on Advertising Operations goals
  • Leading on and collaborating with head of pricing on costing models for all the Advertising Operations products
  • Leading and growing a team of commercially minded, tech savvy, digital marketing specialists
  • Identifying revenue opportunities inline with market trends and changes
  • Managing team capacity
  • Acting as the face of Advertising Operations collaborating with stakeholders throughout the business
  • Collaborating with product marketing to ensure the products are always represented effectively across the business and externally
  • Working closely with sales directors to support all presale processes ensuring their teams have full knowledge on the product portfolio

Requirements:


  • Understanding of all products and channels (Salesforce, Facebook, GDN, Pinterest, Iterable and GAM)
  • Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to set and prioritise goals derived from overall company objectives
  • Ability to lead, motivate and where appropriate performance manage team
  • Ability to identify a problem and devise a solution,
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, finding clarity in uncertain situations and execute on a strategy independently
