I'm currently looking for a Senior Quality Compliance Manager to join a leading Gene Therapy company based in the London region.

As the Senior Quality Compliance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance and Continuous Improvement of theQuality Systems.

In addition, you'll be responsible for the following:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Senior Quality Compliance Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide training and support across the QA functions within the business, including Validation, Supplier Quality and CSV teams.
  • Management of audit findings and working with key stakeholders to define and close out as and when required.
  • Manage the self-inspection programme, preparing the site for inspection readiness, ensuring the process is tracked accordingly whilst providing leadership and guidance across the team.
  • Prepare for and mange regulatory audits, updating procedures and process as required to ensure they are in line with regulations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree within a Science based discipline.
  • Proven industry experience and extensive knowledge of the QA and GMP within a Pharmaceutical environment.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience of implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
