As a Content Design Lead at Enigma, you will be responsible for delivering content design projects for a variety of commercial clients and for our in-house teams.

Working closely with our producers, UX designers, and software engineers, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping us to deliver the very best websites, apps and online service to our clients.

From our
Content Design Lead, we are looking for...

Stakeholder collaboration, working directly with clients to understand their requirements and objectives; working with internal production teams to support delivery of our projects.

User-centred content design, producing high quality, user-focused digital content, layout and organisation.

Information architecture design, structuring, and labelling content in an effective way, to help users find information relevant to them.

Copy writing & content curation, writing and copy-editing to create clear, accessible and user-friendly content for web, mobile and digital systems.

Content population, working with content management systems to structure, populate and publish content to the World.

Prototyping and concept generation, taking user research and analytics to inform content strategy and patterns.


Skills you'd need to support the above...

• A thorough understanding of content design principles, and the ability to demonstrate how these are applied in practice.
• Creative mindset coupled with organisational discipline and an eye for detail.
• Copywriting and copy editing skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting ideas to colleagues and clients.
• Ability to interpret client briefs and add value through innovative thinking.
• Experience working within brand, marketing, 'tone of voice' and design system guidelines.
• Experience working within an agency or collaborative team.
• A positive and enthusiastic outlook.
